Jocelyn Blackmoor creates so that others can see truth. As a prophetic creative, she loves to collaborate with Holy Spirit to reveal who God is and who you were created to be through writing, music, design, and products.  

In 2018, while producing worship flag bags with her business partner, she identified a clear vacancy in the marketplace—fabrics that carried the beauty of God’s message simply did not exist—so she innovated and designed her own. Since then, she has developed over fifty textiles and an entire catalog of faith-based products including home goods, apparel, jewelry, accessories and more.

Operating under the overarching brand of her pen name, Jocelyn Blackmoor, she leads a family of creative expressions that includes their online retail business, Belle Evita; her spontaneous, Spirit-led music on the YouTube channel GypsyGirlJ Studio; and her audio outreach, BLISSYNC Podcast. Her passion is to remind people who they truly are—cherished, beloved, and fully known.
